At Bella Bridal Gallery, we put in a lot of work to ensure that every bride receives a premier shopping experience. Because of the time and effort our staff puts in to help you find the perfect wedding dress, we do require consultation fees, so that we ensure our staff’s expertise and time is used productively.
On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, we do not require reservation fees for first-time try-on appointments. You will still be required to give a $50 credit card authorization to reserve your spot, but this will only be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not show up for the appointment.
On Friday and Saturday, we have a much higher demand for appointments—so the $50 booking fee is required. This fee is credited back when you buy your wedding dress, but only when you purchase your gown during your appointment.
Our fees are only in place to ensure that when you book, our staff’s time in preparation for your appointment is spent intentionally, in order so that we can continue to provide you a premium shopping experience. Book your appointment and let us help you find your dream wedding dress.
