I want to thank each and everyone of you for your time and patience. It is not easy working with brides and I am well aware of this.

Your customer service is phenomenal! Sonja, you we're such a help with everything and always pleasant!!! When I first came in I

was just trying on dresses with no "certain" style in mind. One of the girls came up to me with a dress and said "what about this?"

I said "Sure, Why not!?" So I tried the dress on and walked out in "joyful" tears!!! It was THE ONE! I probably would have

never tried that dress on otherwise!! But I guess that is why you do what you do! If I called running late or needing to change

a time due to my work schedule and you were very flexible! I believe Gabriel's quote was "Anything for the bride!" During wedding

I just had to write to you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making sure my bridal gown was absolutely perfect!!

I want all of your customers and potential customers to know a little bit of our background together so they can read what a wonderful

family you are and how you care so much about your brides and their weddings.

My name is Kim McCoy (Nash), I am a plus size bride. I started a working with Sonia and Gabriel about a year ago while on the hunt for

the perfect wedding gown for a plus size bride. I had heard all of the horror stories of plus size brides being treated "like cattle" and "second rate"

because they weren't the "perfect 10". I had went to a popular competitor that same day and was not pleased with my experience. I then went to my

appointment at Bella Bridal. What a difference!! When you walk into Bella Bridal they immediately treat you like family! It doesn't matter if your a

"2" or a "22" you are special to them. They have the most beautiful gowns I've ever seen! They have a special diamond collection of gowns that

most stores don't carry. They will order any size from very small to being able to order your gown very large. It doesn't matter.

Sonia helped me throughout the entire process with my gown. I cannot say enough about her! We faced some challenges due to my size, but she

never made it "my fault". Whatever the challenge, "it can be fixed, no worries". After picking out my dream gown that was embellished with Swarovski

crystals and beading, swirled with hearts and glamorous detail stitching, I walked out of there with the most beautiful gown I've ever seen! IT WAS PERFECT!!

This family is top notch! They are the Cadillac of bridal gowns! You can trust them with the most special day of your life! They "will not let you walk out of their

store NOT looking perfect!"

I thank you Sonia from the bottom of my heart, my wedding day was more than I could have ever dreamed it would be! I felt so beautiful and glamorous! I will

never forget you and your family, and I will tell everyone I know to go to you for their special day! You guys are the absolute best at what you do!

Why I chose Bella Bridal: I received a catalog in the mail from Bella bridal showcasing a trunk show that they were having. I decided to call and make an appointment and intended on to just browse through their selections. This would be the first time trying on wedding dresses and I wanted to make sure that I tried on many different types of dresses before I found "the one." After meeting with the Bella Bridal staff, I knew that there was no where else I wanted to be. The staff was very welcoming and inviting. They also attended to me like I was the only bride there and helped me in every which way I needed help. I have already recommended Bella Bridal Gallery to many future brides and I would never take back the experiences I had at this bridal shop! when my wedding day came, people showered me with comments about my beautiful dress, I felt just as beautiful in it then as I did the first day I tried it on. I'm so glad this boutique is on the list. Though I got married two years ago, this boutique is still one of my fondest wedding prep

memories. After a really bad experience an David's Bridal, my Aunt heard about Bella's so we decided to give it a try! Let me tell

you what a fantastic difference!! I had a special situation and Bella's helped me find just the right dress to fit my needs. The

associate came Wright into my dressing room to help me get in and out of the dresses, and she seemed so excited to to let me

try on every dress that I could just to make sure I got the right one. The alterations they did were perfect and I could not have asked

for a better experience!

Sonia, I wanted to thank you, Gabriel and your staff for all your help with my dress. As you

can see from the picture it was perfect, especially for Hawaii.The dress traveled wonderfully.

On the way back I actually packed in a suitcase, and believe it or not it didn't have a single

wrinkle. The photographer especially loved the dress, the shape and structure was so

wonderful that he never had to straighten it for the pictures.
