Bella Bridal Policies
Honoring obligations and
respecting customers are fundamental to Bella Bridal's
business philosophy. your appreciation of these policies will assist
us in providing
the highest level of
customer service .
1-Appointments are always required
for trying on Bridesmaids
& Mothers dresses.
Appointments are recommended for trying
on wedding gowns, but walk-in brides for trying
wedding gowns are very welcome and they
will be provided with service based on the
availability of a changing room and
a sales consultant.
2-We have price-match policy with authorized retailers.
3-We offer FREE storage of all special ordered dresses
until the wedding day.
4-The bride will be the point of contact between Bella
Bridal and her entire bridal party.
5-Checks are not accepted for final payments.
6-Shipping dates obtained from the manufacturers are approximate,
and the estimated delivery
time on special orders is 4 to 8
months. (Rush deliveries are available at extra cost.)
7-All sales are final, deposits are non-refundable, and unpaid
balances are due upon receiving
of the ordered item at Bella Bridal Gallery.
8- Alterations are Extra.
9- Press and Steam are also extra.
10-It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the special
ordered items from Bella Bridal after
it has been received, and before the wear date.
11-We offer up to 3 try-on appointments before placing an order
with full compliance to our
store policies.
12-We register all customers, on-line shoppers trying our samples
and obtaining
information for the sole purpose of
ordering on-line are investigated and reported if
necessary.
