Bella Bridal Policies
Honoring obligations and
respecting customers are fundamental to Bella Bridal's
business philosophy. your appreciation of these policies will assist
us in providing
the highest level of
customer service .
1-Appointments are recommended to try-on wedding
gowns, and REQUIRED during
trunk shows or any other planned
event. Making and keeping all types of appointments are the
customer's responsibility,
and they have to be confirmed by Bella Bridal Gallery based on
availability.
2-All sales are final, deposits are non-refundable,
and unpaid balances are due upon receiving of
the ordered items at Bella Bridal.
3-Alterations are Extra.
4-Due to copyright issues, We kindly ask our valued customers NOT
to take pictures, Our
respected customers are also required to
register when coming into our Bridal Salon, the
registration form is simple, it includes contact
information, and a confirmation note to verify that
Bella Bridal dress samples, and services are not
being used for the sole purpose of ordering
on-line.
5-If the Customer's measurements are NOT taken By Bella Bridal
Employee, or in the case of
weight gain/loss, customer requesting a specific
size, or pregnancy, Bella Bridal is not
responsible for any dress sizing problems.
6-It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the special
ordered items from Bella Bridal after it
has been received, It is also the customer's
responsibility to check the dress for any damages,
and any sizing or style issues before
pick-up. Bella Bridal will not be responsible to repair any
damages or address any sizing or style
issues after the dress has been picked-up, and leave
our bridal salon.
7-The bride will be the point of contact between Bella
Bridal Gallery and her entire bridal party.
8-Checks are not accepted for final payments.
9-Shipping dates obtained from the manufacturers are approximate,
and the estimated delivery
time on special orders is 4 to 8
months. (Rush deliveries are available at extra cost.)
